Only refunds requested within 7 days of purchase will be considered. Trial accounts are non-refundable.

When contacting us, please provide the following information:

Your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), your mailing address and a brief explanation why you would like to be refunded.

Your request will be processed within 1 week (7 days)  of receipt of this claim. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
